When Life Is A Puzzle

As a follower of Jesus, “do I look to the Word daily?” Am I taking my daily challenges to the Spirit for guidance?

I think of it this way. Would I attempt to put a complex 2,000 piece puzzle together without the picture on the box. I recently bought a worktable for Trisha’s garden. It had a lot more pieces than I expected, and some were cut in such a way, that you had to study the directions quite carefully, and even then, I had to remove a section I thought fit well. 

Life is much more complex than a puzzle without the picture, or a table that had hastily drawn instructions. 

The Bible is my essential guidebook while traveling on this dangerous journey toward the Celestial City. It is my source of guidance when dealing with complex situations. The Word has all the wisdom I need to live a fruitful and faithful life. The Bible is the greatest romance story ever written, and I am the subject of the Author’s delight. Jesus is the greatest Lover of all times. 

“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future.  He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me.” John 16:13-14 NLT

Those who love the Son are beloved by the Father.
